山東凱泰焊接技術(shù)有限公司位于山東省鄒城市經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)，是國內(nèi)較早從事模具焊接工作的公司之一，已專注模具焊接工作20余年。公司已先后獲得“國家級高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”、“山東省專精特新中小企業(yè)”、“濟寧市增材制造重點實驗室”、“六型儒商企業(yè)”、“濟寧市海外領(lǐng)事保護知識宣傳站”等多項榮譽資質(zhì)。
公司已經(jīng)于2019年與美國Eureka welding alloys Inc合資，全套采用美國EUREKA的設(shè)備、技術(shù)工藝和生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在鄒城基地生產(chǎn)模具焊接專用焊材,卓越的技術(shù)和嚴格的質(zhì)量管理保證了焊材質(zhì)量上乘且穩(wěn)定。
公司于2015年在中國首次推出全自動模具焊接機器人，開啟了中國模具焊接由人工焊接轉(zhuǎn)向自動化仿形焊接的帷幕，在行業(yè)中起到技術(shù)先行和領(lǐng)軍作用，為中國鍛造行業(yè)和模具行業(yè)快速發(fā)展貢獻力量。
公司擁有多臺3D打印增材制造機器人, 數(shù)控加工中心及通用設(shè)備, 有專業(yè)的模具設(shè)計人員和技術(shù)團隊，設(shè)有專門的機器人3D打印成型研發(fā)中心，配備完善的研發(fā)、檢測設(shè)備。可為用戶提供模具設(shè)計、加工制造、焊接增材修復(fù)的一條龍服務(wù)。

Our company has made a joint venture with Eureka Welding Alloys Inc ,US in 2019, adopting a full set of EUREKA US equipment, technology process and production standards, producing special welding alloys for dies in Zoucheng as the base, the excellent technology and strict quality management ensure the high quality and stability of the welding alloys,
our company launched the first fully automatic die-welding robot in China in 2015, and opened the curtain of China's die welding from manual welding to automatic imitation welding, playing a leading role in technology of the industry and contributing to the rapid development of China's forging industry and die industry.
our company has a number of 3D printing additive manufacturing robots, CNC machining centers and general equipment, also has the professional die-designing personnel and technical team, there is a special robot 3D printing R&D center which equipped with perfect R&D and testing equipment. We can provide users with one-stop service of die-designing, processing and manufacturing, additive welding repair.
